Technical
Support
MPX offers the
technical support services required to design, install and service
your wireless data infrastructure system. Members of the MPX Technical
Support Team are experienced wireless network installers extensively
trained by our equipment manufacturers. Phone and on-site support
is available for path analyses, line-of-sight verification, physical
site survey and frequency licensing coordination.
Post Installation
Support
MPX Wireless
Systems are highly reliable and, when installed by MPX Technical
Support personnel, can be warranted for up to 5 years of use. MPX offers
a range of post-installation support plans for users requiring additional
levels of protection. An MPX Link Assurance Plan guarantees that,
in case of a radio link problem, an MPX Technical Support Team member
will be on-site within a specified time with replacement equipment
to re-establish the link and restore service to the network. Under
the Plan, all costs incurred to support the link, including an annual
link inspection, are the responsibility of MPX.
Training
Support
The MPX Technical
Support Team offers on-site sales and technical training programs
that can be customized to meet a user’s needs. Link operation training
is also included as part of any installation performed by MPX.
Network
Operations Center
MPX
employs a variety of tools to perform real time monitoring,
collecting of statistical information to perform trends analysis,
and remote maintenance of the units employed in the wireless links.
